At PyleUSA, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to providing reliable support. Our Limited Warranty explains the coverage, eligibility requirements, exclusions, and remedies that may apply to qualifying purchases.

Warranty Coverage

Unless otherwise specified on the product, packaging, product insert, product documentation, or promotional materials at the time of purchase, eligible new and unused products purchased directly from PyleUSA or from an authorized PyleUSA seller include a 1-Year Limited Warranty beginning on the original date of purchase.

Certain products may include a longer or shorter warranty period. When a specific warranty period is provided with the product or promotion at the time of purchase, that product-specific warranty controls and supersedes the default warranty described in this policy.

Certain qualifying products and promotions may be eligible for an extended warranty when the product is registered within thirty (30) days of purchase. The applicable extended warranty period is determined by the qualifying product or promotion.

Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser, is non-transferable, and is subject to all applicable warranty terms, conditions, eligibility requirements, and PyleUSA approval.

Warranty Period

Standard Warranty (No Registration)

  • Unless a different warranty period is specified at the time of purchase, eligible products include a 1-Year Limited Warranty.
  • No registration is required for the standard warranty unless otherwise stated for a particular product or promotion.

Extended Warranty (Registration Required)

  • 3-Year Limited Warranty available only on qualifying products and promotions*
  • Products must be registered within thirty (30) days of purchase using valid purchase information. Subject to all applicable warranty terms, conditions, eligibility requirements, and PyleUSA approval.
  • The applicable extended warranty period varies by product or promotion.
  • Products registered after thirty (30) days do not qualify for extended warranty coverage.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims, regardless of registration status.    *Excluded products include but are not limited to A/C, products that weigh above 100LB, and any oversized items, such as game tables, etc. 

Authorized Sellers Only

Warranty coverage is valid only for eligible products purchased directly from PyleUSA or from an authorized PyleUSA dealer, reseller, retailer, or marketplace seller. PyleUSA may verify the original purchase source before approving a claim.

Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, private-party sellers, auction sites, liquidation sellers, resale platforms, or unauthorized third-party marketplace sellers are not eligible for warranty coverage unless a separate written warranty was expressly provided at the time of purchase.

Refunds & Seller Return Policies

PyleUSA's warranty program does not provide refunds. If a product issue occurs while the original seller's return or exchange period remains available, customers should first use the seller's applicable return or exchange process before requesting warranty service from PyleUSA.

Once the seller’s return or exchange period has ended, eligible product issues may be submitted to PyleUSA for warranty review.

What Is Covered

This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials, workmanship, or manufacturing that occur during normal and intended use within the applicable warranty period.

What Is Not Covered

This Limited Warranty does not cover product failure, damage, or defects resulting from:

  • Misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, improper handling, or unauthorized use.
  • Improper installation, maintenance, storage, or operation contrary to the product instructions.
  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, alterations, or disassembly.
  • Commercial, industrial, rental, or other use outside the product’s intended purpose.
  • Power surges, fire, water or liquid intrusion, environmental exposure, acts of nature, or other external causes beyond PyleUSA’s control.
  • Normal wear and tear, aging, cosmetic damage, or deterioration that does not affect the product’s intended function.
  • Consumable components, including batteries, filters, light bulbs, or similar items, unless found defective upon initial receipt.
  • Promotional, complimentary, or free items unless a written warranty is expressly provided.
  • Products purchased used, refurbished, open-box, through liquidation, or from unauthorized sellers, unless a separate written warranty was expressly provided at the time of purchase.

Warranty Coverage Determination

PyleUSA will inspect and evaluate warranty claims in accordance with the terms of this Limited Warranty and applicable law to determine whether the reported issue qualifies for warranty coverage. Customers may be required to participate in troubleshooting, provide additional information, or return the product for inspection. Submission of a claim does not guarantee approval.

Available Warranty Remedies

If a claim is approved, PyleUSA may provide one of the following remedies, depending on the product, circumstances, and availability:

  • Repair, where available for the applicable product category.
  • Replacement with the same model or a comparable or newer model, which may differ in appearance, features, packaging, or specifications.
  • Replacement parts.
  • Store credit.
  • Another appropriate resolution authorized by PyleUSA.

Replacement products may be new, refurbished, recertified, or functionally equivalent, depending on inventory availability.

Warranty Replacement Coverage

  • A warranty replacement is provided solely to fulfill an approved warranty claim and does not create a new warranty or extend the original warranty period.
  • Once an approved warranty claim has been fulfilled through repair, replacement, replacement parts, store credit, or another authorized resolution, PyleUSA’s obligations under the original Limited Warranty are considered fulfilled, except as otherwise required by applicable law.
  • A replacement product does not receive a new warranty period. Any manufacturing defect reported during the remaining original warranty period, or any issue present when the replacement is received, will be handled in accordance with this Limited Warranty and applicable law.

Receiving Your Warranty Replacement

  • Customers should inspect a replacement immediately upon receipt.
  • If the replacement arrives damaged, defective, missing components, or otherwise not in proper working condition upon arrival, PyleUSA must be notified within ninety (90) days of the replacement order date.
  • The ninety (90)-day reporting period exists solely to address issues present when the replacement was received. It does not restart, renew, or extend the original warranty period.

Discontinued and Final Sale

If a covered product has been discontinued, is no longer available, or was purchased as Final Sale, PyleUSA may, subject to inventory and the circumstances of the claim:

  • Provide the same model, if inventory remains available.
  • Provide a comparable or functionally similar product.
  • Offer store credit.
  • Provide another appropriate authorized resolution.

Shipping Responsibilities

Unless otherwise authorized in writing, customers are responsible for shipping products to PyleUSA for warranty evaluation.

If a warranty claim is approved, PyleUSA will determine, in accordance with its policies and the circumstances of the claim, whether return shipping, replacement shipping, or a prepaid shipping label will be provided.

International shipping charges, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other import-related costs are the customer’s responsibility unless in writing. Warranty service outside the United States may be subject to regional availability and local support procedures.

Warranty Claim Requirements

To submit or support a warranty claim, customers may be required to provide:

  • Valid proof of purchase.
  • Product model number and, when applicable, serial number.
  • Photos or videos clearly showing the reported issue.
  • A detailed description of the defect and troubleshooting already performed.
  • Contact, shipping, and other information reasonably required to evaluate or fulfill the claim.

Additional Terms

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the remedies described in this Limited Warranty are the exclusive remedies available under this warranty. PyleUSA is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the product where such limitations are permitted by law.

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Some states do not allow certain limitations or exclusions, so portions of this Limited Warranty may not apply to you.

Warranty terms may be updated or modified for future purchases without prior notice. The warranty terms in effect at the time of the original purchase will apply to that purchase.
